**Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking an Electrical and Cabling Assembly Technician for its plant in Ortuella (Bizkaia), dedicated to the assembly and testing of power converters. Integrated into Ingeteam Converters, the selected candidate will join the Production Department and will be responsible for performing electromechanical assembly and electrical wiring of equipment in accordance with established procedures and defined guidelines, aiming to meet manufacturing objectives regarding deadlines, quality, and costs. The candidate will join our Ortuella facilities to carry out the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** * Assemble power modules. * Collaborate in defining assembly means and processes for electrical/electronic assembly to optimize series testing and customer specifications. * Ensure proper document management using management systems. * Interpret complex electrical schematics. * Use rotary and manual tools. * Transport and handle loads of manufactured materials and equipment. * Perform wiring of electrical panels. * Accurately follow assembly procedures to ensure quality requirements for all equipment. * Support the After-Sales Service department for repairs and assistance. **Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electrical Installations and Automation, Mechatronics, Electricity and Electronics, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Prior experience in static work positions and repetitive use of rotary tools. * Knowledge of electromechanics. * Knowledge of electronics. * Ability to interpret schematics. * Initiative/Proactivity. * Organization/Planning. * Results orientation/High standards. * Teamwork. * Flexibility. * Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure to meet objectives.
