We are currently seeking to hire a **Directed Activities Technician** for our **Can Lladó Sports Centre** in Sant Fost de Campsentelles. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible individual with experience in directed activities, who enjoys working with groups and wishes to join our team. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Deliver the scheduled directed activities at the centre. * Prepare and conduct sessions tailored to the characteristics and needs of different groups. * Energize and motivate users during sessions. * Ensure proper execution of exercises and participants’ safety. * Adapt exercises according to varying skill levels and abilities. * Maintain close, professional communication with users. * Collaborate with the rest of the centre’s team to guarantee high-quality service. **Schedule** * **Monday:** 9:30 – 11:30 AM * **Tuesday:** 8:30 – 10:30 AM * **Wednesday:** 9:30 – 10:30 AM * **Thursday:** 9:30 – 10:30 AM * **Friday:** 9:30 – 10:30 AM **TOTAL: 6 hours per week.** **Activities to be delivered** * Pilates * GAC * Aquagym * TBC Possession of **Les Mills certifications** will be viewed favorably. **What are we looking for?** * Education related to physical activity and sports. * Prior experience delivering directed activities. * Knowledge and ability to deliver Pilates, GAC, Aquagym, and TBC. * Possession of **Les Mills certifications** will be viewed favorably. * A dynamic, responsible individual capable of motivating groups. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team. **What do we offer?** * Start date: **September 2026**. * Part-time schedule of **6 hours per week**. * **Permanent contract**. * Concentrated morning schedule from Monday to Friday. * **Monthly gross salary of €590.** * Integration into an established sports centre and a professional team. * Dynamic work environment focused on people’s well-being. **Are you interested?** If you are passionate about physical activity, enjoy energizing groups, and want to join a team committed to service quality, this is your opportunity. **Apply to this vacancy and become part of Sintagmia!** Sueldo: 590,00€ al mes Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
