Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to join our retail project engineering team, responsible for full BIM MEP modeling of retail projects and supporting engineers. Key Highlights: 1. You will perform complete BIM MEP modeling for retail projects, supporting engineers who design and calculate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications installations. You will generate the 3D model in collaboration with the Store Architect BIM team, identify and resolve clashes, and produce the necessary graphical documentation for clear project understanding. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and modify BIM MEP models in ARCHICAD or REVIT for retail projects, ensuring design accuracy and quality, and compliance with agreed standards. * Generate and maintain discipline-specific MEP models, coordinated with architecture/interiors and the Store Architecture BIM team. * Create and edit MEP objects/families/elements, perform basic parametrization, and standardize them to ensure consistency across projects and optimize the model (organization, file size, best practices). Experience in family development is required. * BIM quality control (QA/QC): review model consistency (nomenclature, parameters, levels, views), manage version control and change traceability, and ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. * Ability to work on 2D projects using AUTOCAD as needed. * Collaborate closely with engineers to develop and update installation drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications systems. * Perform BIM model reviews and coordination to detect and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts. * Stay up to date with ARCHICAD or REVIT and other BIM tools, and apply best practices in project development. **ABOUT YOU:** * Prior experience of 2–3 years in MEP installations projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications). * University degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field, with specialization in MEP installations. * Advanced proficiency in Graphisoft’s ARCHICAD or Autodesk’s REVIT for BIM model creation and management. * Experience in BIM software interoperability (import/export and coordination) is valued. * Knowledge of and ability to apply technical regulations and standards related to MEP installations in retail projects. * Advanced proficiency in Graphisoft’s ARCHICAD or Autodesk’s REVIT for MEP modeling and drafting. * Knowledge and experience in design and calculation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications installations. * Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings and schematics for retail projects. * Collaboration, teamwork, and communication: Work interdependently with others, valuing personal and cultural differences, prioritizing team objectives and organizational priorities.
