We seek responsible, empathetic individuals with a vocation for caregiving who wish to join a stable, multidisciplinary team. **What will your daily work be like?** * Accompany and support residents in their daily activities. * Provide assistance with hygiene, dressing, mobilization, and postural changes. * Support during meals and with nutritional needs. * Promote autonomy, well-being, and participation of the individuals receiving care. * Implement established care plans and support behavior management. * Collaborate coordinately with other center professionals. * Ensure dignified, respectful, person-centered care. **Required qualifications** You must hold one of the following certifications: * Professional Qualification Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAI). * Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency (TAPSD).
