**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Shift Supervisor Agent \- Coastal Base of the Andalusian Emergency Group \- GREA Benahavís (Málaga) in Málaga **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga Address: CALLE HALCÓN MALTÉS S/N 29679 \- BENAHAVÍS (MÁLAGA) **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Assign tasks to agents for assigned shift duties, supervising compliance with required safety and quality measures. * Assign tasks to agents during emergencies, events, training sessions, and scheduled practical exercises, maintaining up-to-date records related thereto in the quality management and compliance tracking system. * Assign tasks to agents within their team concerning maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of equipment, materials, facilities, and vehicles, maintaining up-to-date records related thereto in the quality management and compliance tracking system. * Notify the agents’ coordinator, or in their absence, the on-duty technician, of any incidents detected regarding shift roster compliance and other circumstances related to their activity and functions. * Supervise the correct use of personal protective equipment by personnel under their supervision. * Identify material and training needs of agents within their team and communicate them to the agents’ coordinator. * Carry out and assist in prevention activities as required, either by the Technical Office or by events in which the GREA participates. * Perform any functions inherent to their unit and position as assigned by superiors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
