**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Shift Supervisor Agent \- Coastal Base of the Andalusian Emergency Group \- GREA Benahavís (Málaga) in Málaga **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga Address: CALLE HALCÓN MALTÉS S/N 29679 \- BENAHAVÍS (MÁLAGA) **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Assign tasks to agents for assigned shift duties, supervising compliance with required safety and quality measures. * Assign tasks to agents during emergencies, events, training sessions, and scheduled practical exercises, maintaining up-to-date records related thereto in the quality management and compliance tracking system. * Assign tasks to agents within their team concerning maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of equipment, materials, facilities, and vehicles, maintaining up-to-date records related thereto in the quality management and compliance tracking system. * Notify the agents’ coordinator, or in their absence, the on-duty technician, of any incidents detected regarding shift roster compliance and other circumstances related to their activity and functions. * Supervise the correct use of personal protective equipment by personnel under their supervision. * Identify material and training needs of agents within their team and communicate them to the agents’ coordinator. * Carry out and assist in prevention activities as required, either by the Technical Office or by events in which the GREA participates. * Perform any functions inherent to their unit and position as assigned by superiors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification (FP II) or Bachelor’s degree (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 2 years of experience in emergency response and Civil Protection (If such work experience is available, documentary evidence justifying fulfillment of this requirement must be submitted) * At least 6 months of experience in team coordination and management (If such work experience is available, documentary evidence justifying fulfillment of this requirement must be submitted) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Driver’s license B (to be attached) * Physical fitness tests: Candidates must pass the physical fitness tests required for this position, detailed in the “Observations” section under “Physical Fitness Evaluation Tests for Access”. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Emergency and Civil Protection Plans Course (30 hours) (Such training must be documented upon application submission) * Accredited Geographic Information Systems (GIS) training (100 hours) (Such training must be documented upon application submission) * Accredited computer network communications training (100 hours) (Such training must be documented upon application submission) * Accredited working-at-heights training (Such training must be documented upon application submission) ### **Prior Experience** * From 2 to 10 years of experience in Civil Protection and Emergency Response ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Driver’s license C or C\+E (must be documented upon application submission) **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract until completion of the selection process for definitive staffing. + Full-time working schedule The application submission period will remain open from today, 06/08/2026, until 20/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). Upon conclusion of prior stages of the process, non-eliminated candidates must successfully complete the physical access tests for the GREA Support Group, consisting of: + AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT ADAPTATION: 25 m swim \+ retrieve ring from pool bottom \+ 25 m freestyle swim + STRENGTH: Pull-ups or chin-ups on fixed bar or static flexed-arm hang on bar. + BARROW TEST. + ENDURANCE EVALUATION: Cooper Test (12 minutes)
