As a **Service Manager** at Siemens, you will play a key role in guaranteeing the operational readiness and optimal performance of our automation solutions at customer sites. Your primary responsibilities will include managing maintenance contracts, coordinating technical resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction—with the flexibility to support projects during critical phases. **This is your role: What will you do?** **Service Management:** * Manage and optimize maintenance contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and service profitability. * Coordinate field-based technical resources by assigning tasks, supervising execution, and guaranteeing service quality. * Serve as the primary post-sales customer contact point, proactively resolving incidents and escalations. * Drive improvements in service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention. * Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management. * Identify opportunities for selling additional services or facility upgrades. * Ensure compliance with Siemens safety regulations and quality standards. **Project Management:** * Participate in automation project management for selected customers or as required by business needs. * Support project planning, monitoring, and control—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. * Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution. * Participate in communications with customers and stakeholders as needed. **What are we looking for?** * Advanced technical education in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering—or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in service or technical maintenance management, preferably in automation or facility management. * Solid knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS). * Experience coordinating technical teams and managing direct customer relationships. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and parallel projects. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally nationwide.
