The main responsibility will be to ensure fulfillment of contractual commitments with each client, acting as the person accountable for the operational performance of their account. Main responsibilities include: **1\. Administrative.** Cost and billing documentation management and tracking. Control of working hours, inventories (tools, vehicles, materials), and orders. **2\. Commercial.** Responsible for the client portfolio within assigned sectors and for sales. Maintain and enhance commercial relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence. **3\. Financial.** Preparation and execution of sector-specific budgets (BUDGET). Continuous improvement of contract operational performance and efficiency. **4\. Technical.** Planning and execution of maintenance activities (technical\-legal, preventive, predictive, and corrective). Management of tools and vehicles, and development of the Master Investment Plan. **5\. Quality and Environment.** Compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensuring work quality and preventing/correcting non-conformities. **6\. Occupational Health and Safety.** Fulfilling defined responsibilities regarding safety and health. **7\. Human Resources.** Guaranteeing the well-being, motivation, and training of the team under supervision. Planning vacations, evaluating performance, and managing staff recruitment.
