We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Primary Purpose and Essential Responsibilities:** Will be part of the production engineering team and will be responsible for coordinating procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and qualification, validation and start-up projects for new equipment/processes/materials (or major modifications to existing ones) in the Packaging area. **Key Responsibilities:** * In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework and quality expectations according to GMP regulations, Lilly's global quality and engineering standards, and contemporary standards applicable to equipment, process and material project management, and equipment qualification and validation within the pharmaceutical industry environment. * Coordinate personnel from different departments to carry out the necessary tasks for the installation and assembly of equipment, start-up of new equipment/processes/materials, or major modifications to existing ones. * Support the preparation of qualification/validation documentation and required standards for successful project execution (e.g., plans, risk assessments, requirements, design, and test protocols for equipment qualification/validation in Production or Packaging areas), ensuring alignment with GMP regulations, global quality standards, and project objectives. **Basic Qualifications:** * Academic background: Industrial Engineering / Electronics and Automation Engineering / Production Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering * Experience: 2-5 years of experience in projects within the pharmaceutical environment. * Certifications: Advanced level English (C1). **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong communication skills, especially attention to detail in written procedures and protocol development. * High degree of technical curiosity and critical thinking. * High learning agility. * Strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Experience in equipment, utilities and facility qualification. * Prior experience in packaging processes or pharmaceutical product manufacturing. **Additional Information:** * The position may require travel, approximately 5-10%. * Position located at the Alcobendas site.
