




**Description:** ---------------- ADBioplastics, a startup with solid experience in the custom design and manufacturing of bio-based and compostable additives and bioplastics to comply with the European regulations of 2030, is seeking **a Production Engineering and Processes Manager** for the development and manufacturing of enhanced additives and bioplastics. The selected candidate is expected to: * Ensure implementation of the strategy established by the General Manager, driving plant activities. * Optimize productivity of equipment, infrastructure, and materials. * Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing optimal plant operation regarding equipment needs, operations, and safety. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise industrial scale-up in plastic extrusion, ensuring proper transfer from pilot phase to production and validating critical process parameters. * Optimize extrusion lines by monitoring key indicators such as energy consumption, yield, and waste to maximize productivity and reduce costs. * Define and execute the investment plan, including identifying needs, infrastructure improvements, and monitoring implementation. * Supervise production and approve work scheduling, ensuring productive capacity and achievement of plant objectives. * Coordinate personnel and liaise with other departments to resolve conflicts and define alternative routes that ensure operational continuity. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance by planning actions and improvements to ensure equipment availability and reliability. * Ensure plant safety by guaranteeing proper application of company-established norms and preventive measures. * Propose process improvements and optimizations through profitability analysis and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Manage the economic aspects of the production area by preparing the annual expense plan, validating purchases, and controlling the allocated budget. * **What we offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Permanent employment contract. * Salary to be determined according to qualifications. * Stability in a highly professional environment. **Requirements:** --------------- * Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. * Solid knowledge in mechanics, automation, electronics, and training in production scale-up operations. * Minimum of at least 7 years of experience in industrial plant management. * Knowledge of equipment and technologies for advanced polymeric materials and composites (PLA). * English level: B2/C1.
