* Consolidate process requirements ensuring compliance with system and BI standards. * Design master manufacturing guides. Programming and parameterization of the different stages of plant processes in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). * Ensure verification of the designed MBR in accordance with validation. * Manage master data of parameterized master guide records. ### **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the lifecycle management of Master Guides in compliance with GMP regulations, BI standards, and other applicable regulations. * Electronic design of Master Guides. Programming and parameterization of the different stages of plant processes in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). * Create and maintain Parameterized Master Guides (for new SKU, PV change, PVL changes). * Manage equipment master data. * Maintain and update standard operating procedures related to the position. * Participate in continuous quality improvement projects to optimize the Master Guide, identifying opportunities and risks. * Support audits within the area of responsibilities (Master Guide design). ### **Profile & Requirements:** * University degree in engineering, computer science or similar. * 1-2 years of experience in production guide design using MES systems (Knowledge of PAS-X MES Suite will be valued positively). * In-depth knowledge of good manufacturing practices. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes. * Communication and presentation skills. * Ability to interact with different roles across the organization, at local and global levels.
