At Grupo DISA, we are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Operator for our LPG plants—strategic facilities where safety, automation, and equipment reliability are essential to guaranteeing energy supply. What will be your mission? You will join the team responsible for ensuring the availability, proper operation, and safety of the plant’s facilities and equipment by executing preventive maintenance plans and efficiently resolving technical incidents. What will you do daily? - Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities on plant equipment and facilities. - Diagnose and resolve electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic failures. - Perform corrective maintenance interventions, minimizing downtime. - Participate in industrial automation and instrumentation tasks. - Identify anomalies and propose improvements aimed at enhancing equipment reliability. - Manage spare parts and consumables related to maintenance. - Ensure correct use, preservation, and custody of tools and work equipment. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. - Strictly comply with the company’s operational, maintenance, and safety procedures. - Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the plant’s maintenance processes. Candidates participating in selection and evaluation processes will be assessed objectively and transparently based on the job requirements, respecting the principle of equal opportunity between women and men. #### **Essential Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in the technical field: Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, Electrical and Automatic Installations, Electronic Maintenance, or equivalent qualification with an electrical/electronic focus. * Availability for occasional travel to other islands when maintenance needs require it. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of diagnosis and resolution of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical failures. * Maintenance of automatic or semi-automatic production machinery. * Experience in packaging plants or industrial continuous-process facilities. * Knowledge of industrial automation. * Proficiency in computerized maintenance management tools. * Training and/or experience in explosive atmospheres (ATEX) and classified zones. * Training or experience in LPG installations, energy, chemical industry, or pressure equipment installations. * Certifications for elevated work platforms, working at height, and confined spaces. * Occupational Risk Prevention training (Basic Level). * Knowledge of Data Protection.
