





Job Description: **Position Mission*** As a Flow Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and products throughout the entire supply chain, from supplier management to final delivery to the customer. Your objective will be to ensure that each link in the process is aligned to meet established deadlines and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities*** Supplier Management: + Tracking and control of the order portfolio. + Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials. + Resolution of issues related to deliveries and documentation. * Material Planning and Control: + Supervision of inventory and procurement needs. + Prioritization of orders based on demand and production capacity. + Ensuring traceability and visibility of material flows. * Coordination with Production: + Defining manufacturing priorities according to committed delivery dates. + Constant communication with planning and operations to adjust workloads. * Customer Delivery: + Ensuring orders are completed and shipped on time. + Monitoring delivery compliance KPIs and customer satisfaction. + Providing customers with delivery dates and managing the order portfolio.
