




From the P\&PD Engineering department (ATS Global group), we are managing the selection process for an Electrical Product Development Engineer for a leading company in the vehicle transportation climate control sector, located in Seville. The selected candidate will join a team focused on the design and development of HVAC climate control systems according to internal or customer-provided specifications. They will participate in the design, prototyping, manufacturing, integration, and commissioning of new products, taking into account costs and reliability throughout all project phases. This position requires communication and interaction with customers and suppliers in English. Main responsibilities: * Interpretation of project specifications and associated regulations, preparation of internal project documentation based on these. * Design of new products according to regulations, specifications, and internal project documentation. * Use of CAD tools for product development and integration of different subsystems. * Component selection and definition tasks, as well as joint development work with strategic suppliers. * Creation of documentation and material lists enabling component procurement from suppliers and subsequent product manufacturing. * Support during assembly of the developed product, verifying compliance with specifications. * Creation of functional, maintenance, and assembly manuals. * Development of standard and series test protocols. * Execution of functional and climate testing in field conditions on the product already integrated into vehicles. Specific responsibilities: * Preparation of interface diagrams and internal wiring schematics for HVAC systems using SolidWorks Electrical. * Preparation of construction documentation for HVAC system electrical installations using SolidWorks Electrical. * Integration of automatic control equipment and electrical installations into the HVAC system cabinet and frame using SolidWorks Enterprise. * Functional definition based on regulations and customer specifications. * Preparation of functional specifications and coordination of software development to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. * Integration of HVAC units into existing communication systems in railway vehicles. WE OFFER: * Stable position. * Direct employment on the client's payroll. * Salary based on experience. * Onboarding plan and initial training. * Work mode: On-site work, although there is an ongoing remote work project (1 day per week, either Monday or Friday depending on team organization, plus 1 additional day per month from Tuesday to Thursday). The candidate will be included in the remote work arrangement once initial training is completed and they become autonomous in the role. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday split shifts. On Fridays, there is flexibility to choose between split or full-day shifts. These full-day shift terms also apply from June 15th to August 31st; employees may decide between split or full-day shifts during this period. Desired skills and qualifications: \- Industrial Engineering degree (technical, advanced, or bachelor’s level) specializing in electrical/electronics. \- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience or internships. \- Experience and/or training in climate control systems. \- Design software: SolidWorks Electrical or EPLAN. \- Languages: At least B2 level in English. If not, B1 level with commitment to achieve B2 certification within one year. \- Proficiency in Office suite. \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. \- Availability for national and international travel (approximately 30% of annual working time)
