Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for electromechanical assembly and welding, including cable assembly, electrical panel assembly, structural assembly, electronic circuit board repair, and manufacturing of custom wiring harnesses. We are seeking an operator for electromechanical assembly and welding in San Fernando de Henares. Tasks include assembling components such as coaxial cables, electrical panels, and metal structures, as well as repairing and assembling electronic circuit boards for various devices. SMD components will be soldered onto PCBs using leaded or lead-free solder. Custom wiring harnesses will also be manufactured according to technical specifications. This is a temporary contract with an initial duration of six months. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for work-related travel. Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations stipulated in the Metalworkers' Collective Agreement is mandatory. **Work is organized in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday:** morning shift (07:00\-15:00\), afternoon shift (15:00\-23:00\), and night shift (23:00\-07:00\). Shift rotation is an integral part of this position. The annual gross salary is approximately €28,800, depending on the collective agreement and experience. Driver's license and personal vehicle required. Mandatory compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations stipulated in the Metalworkers' Collective Agreement. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
