**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Agricultural Engineer or Industrial Engineer or Forestry Engineer in Leganés, Community of Madrid **Workplace** -------------------- * Madrid Delegation Address: Leganés **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Analyze activities and procedures to be carried out. * Apply specific knowledge from education/experience to perform technical activities within the project. * Prepare reports on activities carried out. * Analyze results of activities and submit specific improvement proposals to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with the specifications governing the activity, as well as internal quality procedures and those of the client. * Share knowledge and experience gained in performing activities, supporting training of other team members. * Apply the Quality Management System (in accordance with UNE EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and participate in its review. * Direct, schedule, and conduct agricultural machinery testing, updating test procedures according to international technological advances and updates to international and national regulations. * Prepare and evaluate results of tests conducted by the laboratory, ensuring their quality. * Monitor operational status and calibration schedule of laboratory testing equipment, reporting necessary repairs and proposing acquisition of measurement and testing equipment, in accordance with current testing regulations. * Provide technical support to the Laboratory Management through preparation of documents and reports, and participation in national and international meetings. * Participate in any agricultural mechanization-related projects for which the Laboratory Management requests technical advice. * Proficiency in English is required to properly fulfill responsibilities, handle technical documentation in English, participate in meetings, and undertake international travel. * Carry out occasional travel assignments arising from area of responsibility. * Knowledge of mechanics, process development and/or quality systems. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for data declared in the application, as well as to request additional information from the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold one of the following qualifications (Level 3 MECES) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): + Qualification enabling regulated profession of Agricultural Engineer. + Qualification enabling regulated profession of Forestry Engineer. + Qualification enabling regulated profession of Industrial Engineer or Bachelor's + Official Master's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license * Eligibility for a training contract to obtain professional practice (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of qualification, or 5 years if disability certification is provided; nor may a previous contract of this type associated with the same qualification have been formalized for over 6 months) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * English Level: B1 ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 month up to 6 months of experience in report writing * From 1 month up to 6 months of experience in mechanics and/or process development * From 1 month up to 6 months of experience in quality control systems ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Willingness to travel **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable. If a traineeship/training contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must relate to the duties of the advertised position, performing tasks appropriate to the qualification linked to the traineeship contract, thereby enabling acquisition of professional practice suitable to the level of studies completed.
