Project Technician Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or diploma in English Language and Literature, English Philology, Translation and Interpretation, or equivalent linguistics-oriented qualification. • 4 years of experience in operational project management for content localization projects within an international company. • Advanced user level of Microsoft 365. • 5 years of knowledge regarding business culture and sociocultural context of the East Asian region. • Experience in the following areas will be valued: o Coordination and monitoring of multilingual localization projects o Coordination of external localization service providers o Combined localization of legal, marketing, and product content o Implementation and control of quality processes for localized content across multiple regions. • Plan the project, define scope, and gather and validate requirements with the client. • Coordinate internal and client stakeholders to allocate resources according to quality, cost, and schedule. • Analyze risks and prepare contingency plans, applying corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate internal and external teams for project execution and delivery. • Create and monitor the project schedule, ensuring on-time deliveries. • Optimize processes to improve quality, client satisfaction, and efficiency. * 48 months of experience. 4 years of experience in operational project management for content localization projects within an international company. * English Language and Literature / English Philology / Translation and Interpretation * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2019 * Additional relevant information: Permanent contract, full-time (40 hours/week), telework modality.
