We are seeking a Functional Analyst with 3\-4 years of experience supporting solution operations, including diagnosis and resolution of incidents and problems. **Profile** Education: * University degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: * 4 years of experience in Project and/or Product Management * 3 to 4 years supporting solution operations, including diagnosis and resolution of incidents and problems Skills: * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Ability to interact with technical and functional teams, as well as to present results and improvement proposals. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. * Agile environment experience and knowledge of methodologies such as SAFe will be valued. * Spanish; advanced written and spoken English (C1\) is desirable; other languages are also valued. *Join a team that drives innovation and works on high-impact projects.
