We’re launching a new recruitment process that truly excites us: New job \>\> Visual Merchandising **What will you do daily?** Define the global Visual Merchandising strategy * Define and implement the VM strategy aligned with THE\-ARE’s brand identity. * Develop a Visual Merchandising manual to ensure consistency across all stores. * Coordinate seasonal, campaign-driven, and trend-based updates to window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations. Optimize store space and maximize sales * Accurately interpret sales data and analyze customer behavior to optimize product placement. * Collaborate closely with the Retail and Product teams to prioritize the most strategic collections. * Ensure stores maximize profitability per square meter. Execute and supervise store implementation * Conduct periodic store visits to audit proper Visual Merchandising implementation. * Train and guide Sales Assistants and Store Managers on correct application of the VM strategy. * Supervise installation of window displays and in-store displays at key stores. Collaborate with key teams * Coordinate with Marketing to align digital campaigns with physical store execution. * Work with Retail to ensure store teams fully understand and correctly execute VM guidelines. * Collaborate with Design to determine optimal ways to showcase collections.
