We are seeking a person for the position of Laundry Supervisor in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Contract conditions: 1) Permanent contract. Initially part-time (20 hours per week), with the option to extend to full-time starting in October if performance and results are optimal. 2) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 (4 hours per day). 3) Gross monthly salary of €875 (12 monthly payments per year; extra payments are already included and prorated into the gross monthly salary). 4) Vacation is not permitted during June, July, or August. Hiring requirements: 1) Valid residence and work documents and a Social Security affiliation number. 2) Minimum three years of documented experience as a laundry supervisor. 3) Knowledge of operation and maintenance of industrial laundry machinery: flatwork ironer, washing machines, and dryers. 4) Proficiency in operating a flatwork ironer is especially important. 5) Experience folding bed linens and towels for packaging into sacks ready for distribution. 6) Basic computer skills and familiarity with management applications. 7) Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate multiple tasks.
