The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Part-time position: 20 hours per week * Schedule: Rotating morning or afternoon shifts, plus alternate weekends * Salary according to the Valencia Collective Catering Agreement * Contract Duration: Indefinite, 20 hours per week * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
