We seek to onboard an intern with a technical-analytical profile to provide direct support to management, gaining exposure to all business areas: transaction analysis, asset monitoring, and development of new projects. **Your responsibilities:** * Support investment opportunity analysis: market research, comparable analysis, return calculations. * Participate in technical and documentary due diligence processes for assets (zoning review, property condition assessment, encumbrances, permits). * Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing transactions. * Provide cross-functional support to the CEO in daily company operations. * Assist in studying, analyzing, and controlling construction costs. * Support administrative tasks and document coordination within the department.
