Could you be the **Temporary Mechanical Maintenance Operator** in **Pinto, Madrid**, we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
Take on a new challenge and apply all your maintenance and railway expertise in an innovative field. You’ll work alongside young, talented teammates.
You will participate in the proper execution of maintenance tasks at the Pinto workshop, ensuring compliance with service quality indices and requirements set by management as well as maintenance plans, reporting both hierarchically and functionally to the intermediate supervisors within the Pinto workshop’s organizational structure.
You’ll be responsible for repairing and performing mid-life overhauls of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components of rolling stock—and much more.
We’re looking for you to:
* Perform repairs and overhauls of equipment:
+ Bogies / Axles
+ Motors / Motor fans
+ Gearboxes
+ Shock absorbers
+ Transmissions.
* Comply with the company’s standards, safety and quality processes (QHSE)
* Proactively contribute to safety improvement by identifying risk situations and implementing action plans; participate and collaborate in training activities; engage in production process improvement initiatives.
**About you**
We value passion and attitude above experience. Therefore, we don’t expect you to possess all the skills. Instead, we’ve listed some that we believe will help you succeed and grow in this role:
* Education: Vocational training in Electrical / Mechanical and/or Electromechanical fields
* Preferably 1 year of experience
* Valued positively: Technician in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance and/or experience in railway-related work
* Languages: Spanish
