**Laboratorios Vilardell** is a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in digestive health, with over 90 years of history. We originated from pharmacies and continue to work toward becoming the reference laboratory for digestive wellness, both in Spain and internationally. Will you join our team? We are expanding our internal sales team. Your mission will be to drive acquisition and sales within your assigned portfolio (100% telephone-based acquisition role) and ensure an excellent B2B customer experience (pharmacies). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: \- Proactively managing your assigned pharmacy portfolio (telephone and digital contact). \- Executing commercial campaigns, promotions, and actions tailored to each client’s profile. \- Strengthening relationships with pharmacies by adding value: needs analysis and solution presentation. \- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the portfolio to maximize the range of natural digestive health products. \- Ensuring up-to-date product knowledge to optimize positioning. \- Recording activities and agreements in the CRM. **WHAT WE OFFER** \- Join a well-established company in an expansion and growth phase. \- Full-time employment with flexible start and end times (Monday to Thursday: start between 08:30 and 09:00, end between 18:00 and 18:30), plus an intensive Friday schedule (09:00–15:00). \- Hybrid work model: offices located in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (a 10-minute walk from Renfe station; parking available on the same street if arriving by private transport), plus remote work (3 days per week). **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE** \- Fluent in Catalan and Spanish. \- Experience with CRM/Excel… (We use Microsoft Dynamics 365\). \- Ability to work with commercial messaging, objectives, and performance metrics. \- Motivated and possessing a positive attitude.
