At Ricoh, we’re looking for a Technical Consultant with strong **VMware** experience to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of high-impact IT solutions. **Responsibilities** Design IT solutions ensuring compliance with business requirements and technical specifications. Coordinate specialized teams in VMware vSphere, VCF, NSX\-T, vSAN, Tanzu, Aria Operations, and Aria Automation. Oversee architecture design, deployments, integrations, testing, and validation. Coordinate migration processes from legacy platforms. Ensure application of best practices and technical standards. Develop detailed architecture documentation. Lead solution implementation by coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams. Evaluate and propose continuous improvements, adapting solutions to new technologies and business changes.
