Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Technician with expertise in lightweight façades to advise clients, propose solutions, and manage projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advises clients on lightweight façade projects 2. Develops technical solutions and manages budgets 3. Negotiates with suppliers and conducts commercial prospecting We require a Commercial Technician with in-depth knowledge of the lightweight façade sector to advise clients \-typically engineers or architects\- and identify optimal solutions for their projects. Client visits, proposal of technical solutions, budget calculations, negotiations with suppliers and clients, offer follow-up, prospecting, and commercial promotion. * Experience: 5 years. Minimum required experience: 5 years; Desired experience: 10 years * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Minimum education: Vocational Training (FP); Desired education: Engineering or Architecture * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Minimum salary: 28\.000; Maximum salary: 40\.000; Salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications
