At Risitas y Logros, we continue growing and are seeking to welcome a Speech-Language Therapist passionate about working with children and their families. We are looking for someone with vocation, sensitivity, commitment, and enthusiasm to join a growing project where each child receives individualized and personalized care. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Therapy. Valid professional registration. Valid certificate of absence of sexual offenses. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children. Genuine vocation for working with children and families. Ability to establish therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within a team. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in Early Intervention and child/adolescent populations. Training or experience in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Experience in voice disorders, dysphagia, swallowing, and orofacial motor skills. Initiative, creativity, and willingness to contribute new ideas to the center. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Pediatric speech-language assessment and intervention. Design and monitoring of individualized therapeutic goals. Guidance and support for families. Coordination with the multidisciplinary team. Active participation in the center’s development and growth. **WE OFFER An initial schedule of 20 hours per week.** Fixed afternoon hours from Monday to Friday (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM\).
