Contribute to a product designed for international scalability At Workana, we are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to lead the technical architecture of financial automation solutions within one of our clients’ teams. This key role involves tackling major technical challenges, participating in strategic architecture decisions, and directly contributing to a product designed for international scalability. This project focuses on revolutionizing the financial health of digital brands through an advanced accounting automation solution. Specifically designed to simplify and optimize seller operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, this technology acts as a bridge between global sales data and tax reporting. It enables brands to scale accurately, efficiently, and frictionlessly—delivering reliable and robust results within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop new features using TypeScript on Nest.js (Node.js). * Model and manage complex data architectures in MongoDB. * Consume and process large volumes of data from Amazon SP\-API and other payment platforms. * Optimize and scale the financial data processing engine. * Design and execute reliability tests to ensure every cent is correctly accounted for. * Manage asynchronous workflows and background processes with BullMQ. * Lead critical technical decisions regarding backend architecture to support the product’s international expansion. * Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and mentoring of more junior profiles. * Propose continuous improvements to infrastructure, security, and system robustness—especially when handling sensitive information. **Mandatory Requirements:** * More than 5 years of hands-on experience in production environments with high data loads. * Technical proficiency in the following technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, Vue, MongoDB. * Experience developing backend applications using Nest.js. * Experience designing and building solutions from scratch—including planning, managing complex architecture structures, and delivering the final product. * Advanced ability to integrate and process data using APIs (e.g., Amazon SP\-API) and to work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Experience with asynchronous processing tools such as BullMQ. * Solid knowledge of methodologies for designing and executing reliability tests to ensure precision in sensitive processes. * Commitment to code quality—including experience conducting code reviews and mentoring more junior profiles. * Ownership mindset, with an autonomous, proactive, and highly analytical profile. * Ability to work within Spanish time zones. **Desirable:** * Use of AI as a natural ally to improve software productivity and quality. **Contract Terms:** * Work Mode: 100% remote. * Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day). * Compensation: between 2\.400 and 2\.700 USD monthly. * Contract Type: Service Provision Agreement via Workana. * Duration: 12 months, with possibility of renewal based on strong performance. **Selection Process:** * Brief asynchronous video screening on Hireflix. * Brief call with a Workana Recruiter. * Cultural interview with the client’s CEO. * Technical interview with the client’s team lead.
