





At **HOVIMA Hotels**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Section Manager** for the **Food & Beverage** department. If you are passionate about customer service, possess leadership skills, and enjoy creating unique gastronomic experiences, we want to meet you! **Your main responsibilities** * Supervise daily front-of-house service, ensuring proper setup and breakdown. * Organize waitstaff and assistants to ensure efficient service delivery. * Attend to and retain customers through professional and approachable interactions. * Promote the sale of complementary products (upselling). * Monitor inventory, restocking points, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Coordinate setup for events or special services. * Resolve incidents and ensure adherence to quality standards and team presentation requirements. **Requirements** Education: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in **Food & Beverage Services**, **Hospitality Management**, or related fields. * Courses in **customer service**, **gastronomy**, and **food handling**. Languages: * **Fluent Spanish and English** (mandatory).
