We work committed to origin and sustainability to offer our customers and consumers healthy, nutritious, and tasty food in the most convenient way. **YOUR MISSION** As Financial Manager / Controller, you will define the plant’s financial strategy together with business directors and ensure its implementation: * You will lead financial strategy at a key agri-food plant. * You will supervise the financial status of operations. You will participate in budget preparation, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions. * You will advise business directors from a financial perspective. * You will manage and monitor analytical accounting systems, proposing improvements. * You will report financial statements, taxes, and year-end closings both to business directors and to Group Management. * You will lead and manage your own team. * You will assume responsibilities such as rigorous, precise, and methodical planning; commitment to meeting deadlines; initiative; proactivity… * Occasional support to HR from an administrative perspective. Team Structure You will join the Finance team based in Utebo. This position reports to Plant Management. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED AS FINANCIAL MANAGER/CONTROLLER** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial and accounting administration within an industrial company environment. * Experience in cost control: calculation of contribution margins per product/customer, investment feasibility analysis, return analysis. This aspect is critical to our business. * Experience in team management and leadership and influence capabilities. * Good command of English communication. * Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERPs (SAP is a plus).
