Ametller Origen is a highly dynamic company in full expansion mode, where you’ll enjoy the freedom to propose/apply new ideas and collaborate with your team to achieve established goals. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Manage the store’s butcher and deli section, delivering top-tier service and products to customers while leading your team to train and support their professional development. **How will you do it?** * You’ll be a role model for your team: You’ll coach and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You’ll collaborate on supply management and guarantee the product flow from procurement to sale. * You’ll communicate and align your team with the company’s core pillars and strategies to achieve set objectives. * You’ll conduct commercial analyses to identify improvement opportunities and enhance your store’s performance and goals. * You’ll train and equip your team to operate autonomously. **What will make you succeed?** * Your experience managing teams will be essential to lead and support your team effectively. * Experience managing an entire business/store, enabling you to perform commercial analyses aligned with the company’s strategic pillars. * A non-conformist, challenge-driven mindset, accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs, plus flexibility in working hours to adapt to store needs. * Strong analytical capacity and holistic vision to ensure effective commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and accurately identify priorities at any given moment. **What will the selection process look like?** In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a recruitment specialist who will explain the project, responsibilities, and terms we can offer. In the second stage, you’ll meet with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise.
