




Job Summary: This role involves adhering to operational procedures, executing daily work plans, actively participating in continuous improvement, and engaging in required training for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance with operation manuals and quality procedures. 2. Execution of the daily work plan and KPI monitoring. 3. Active participation in continuous improvement and training. RESPONSIBILITIES **Quality:** o Know and comply with the operation manuals defined by the Process Department. o Know and comply with FBIs (“Basic Instruction Sheets”) and other internal work instructions related to equipment handling, created by the Production Department. o Know and comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), jointly developed by the Process and Production Departments. o Fully understand the operation of instruments and equipment used to perform necessary process controls during batch manufacturing. o Follow all instructions on the Batch Ticket and complete it properly, recording results obtained from various process controls to ensure appropriate tracking of the ongoing product. **Operations:** o Execute the daily work plan proposed by Production Team Leaders. o Understand the KPIs (“Key Performance Indicators”) defined in the Production Department and collaborate to achieve established targets. o Clearly communicate the status of the batch and the end-of-shift handover. **Training:** o Attend, understand, and participate in daily training and Tier 1 meetings led by Production Team Leaders. o Attend, understand, and participate in annual trainings: EHS, Emergency Plan, and others. **Continuous Improvement/Efficiency:** o Actively participate in the 5S program and maintain established standards. o Participate, as required, in continuous improvement activities and projects within the area.
