We are looking for a **Process** professional whose primary mission is to ensure the hygienic and functional validation of industrial dairy facilities, guaranteeing effective CIP cleaning, compliance with engineering standards, and product food safety. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conducting design validation studies for dairy production facility installations (e.g., valve types, pump types, tank types, piping layout, etc.) * Verifying that automatic internal CIP cleanings of installations are performed correctly (ensuring compliance with flow rate, temperature, concentration, and time parameters) * Documenting checklists for compliance with engineering standards for cleaning (hygienic design, operational management, and maintenance) * Reporting detected incidents or non-correctable deviations About you **Job requirements:** * Basic engineering knowledge: tanks, pumps, valves, blueprint comprehension, P\&ID interpretation, etc. * Quality experience: facility validation (effective CIP and optimization, hygienic facility design, operation and maintenance of facilities aligned with quality requirements, validation of facilities regarding dairy product food safety after each change) * Dairy industry experience * Proficiency in Excel * Intermediate level of English * Strong observational skills, teamwork capability, discipline, methodical approach, proactivity, continuous improvement orientation, and high commitment to safety and quality.
