This full-time OPERATIONS TRAINEE position in Algete, Madrid, is within your reach. We are the Remarketing department within **Athlon**. *Getting you there. (We get you there.)* **Your path to success** Whether from the left or the right, you will help the Remarketing team achieve its goals — which will be your own — and ensure maximum satisfaction for our customers and partners. Your involvement will allow you to learn firsthand about a sector undergoing continuous change and transformation. You can do this as an OPERATIONS TRAINEE with a comprehensive focus on: * Supporting vehicle listings on websites, reviewing and updating prices * Supporting tracking of vehicles out of service due to workshop issues (support) * Supporting payment matching * Supporting telephone customer service * Supporting individual customer service * Improving data in IRT, vehicle data, correcting errors * Tracking and controlling vehicles in transit * Tracking and controlling the status of returned vehicles * Vehicle knowledge * Understanding the Spanish used-vehicle market * Market research on digitalization of car sales among people under 30 years old * Understanding how a multinational operates both locally and internationally * Improving our data tables **Let’s talk about Athlon** Hello everyone!
