We are currently seeking Nursing Support Technicians for Ceuta. Main responsibilities include: * Recording and updating data and services related to users' healthcare in ACCEM's applications. * Document management: reviewing, updating, and archiving documentation associated with users' files. * Appointment management: organizing, scheduling, and tracking appointments and referrals related to healthcare services. * Supporting documentation preparation: assisting in drafting and updating documents, statistical reports, activity logs, and service monitoring tools. * Supporting administrative and financial management of the service: monitoring and tracking the nursing service’s administrative expenses, reviewing and recording pharmaceutical and other material delivery notes, as well as supporting budgetary follow-up. * Supporting other service activities: collaborating in organizing and delivering health-related workshops and activities, and carrying out other administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the nursing service. Communication management and administrative coordination: contacting healthcare centers, managing documentation for appointments or referrals, and communicating with other services. Offered: Contract until 31/12/2026 Full-time: morning shift Salary: €23,700 gross per year. **Profile:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle (administrative or similar) Proven experience in data registration and report generation. Professional and efficient use of Microsoft 365\.? Results-oriented and detail-focused individual. Skills in data analysis and interpretation. Strong sense of responsibility, agility in time management and task organization. Problem-solving ability, initiative, and teamwork skills.
