Job Mission** The company seeks a marketing professional with the necessary skills to lead, unify, and orchestrate the marketing strategy of the group of companies we represent. The primary mission is to develop various mechanisms and creative approaches to achieve maximum brand positioning for the brands we represent. This includes identifying improvement opportunities to deliver the results required by each company, ensuring brand consistency, budget optimization, and achievement of overall business objectives. **2\. Responsibilities and Duties** **Strategy and Coordination** § **Functional Leadership:** Collaborate with the company’s executive team to establish strategic guidelines that strengthen the positioning of each brand while preserving its distinct identity. § **Goal Alignment:** Define, together with management, annual KPIs and success metrics for each business unit. **Operational Management and Events** § **Comprehensive Planning:** Oversee the group’s campaign calendar, product launches, and promotional activities. § **Event Management:** Plan and execute the corporate events strategy, including trade fairs and presentations. Serve as the ultimate responsible party for execution and supervision of these in-person activities. **3\. Candidate Requirements** § **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. § **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and social media roles. § **Skills:** Analytical ability to manage budgets (ROI), leadership of decentralized teams, assertive communication, and 360° strategic vision. § **Priority Management:** High capacity to manage multiple brands and simultaneous demands without compromising quality focus. **4\. Terms, Working Hours, and Flexibility** We recognize that the dynamic nature of the industry—especially regarding in-person events—requires flexible time management. § **Standard Working Hours:** Our standard schedule is **Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30**. § **Operational Flexibility:** Given the nature of this role and event management—which may occasionally occur on weekends or outside standard business hours—the candidate must have full availability and autonomous time-management capability to reallocate working hours, always ensuring compliance with the 40-hour weekly requirement and necessary operational coverage for the success of such initiatives. **5\.
