Join our BTheOne Program and begin your journey!** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Collaborate in developing and facilitating DOA governance: support contract approval reviews and coordination, as well as maintaining databases within the European scope. * Participate in updating procurement policies and monitoring regulatory compliance. * Support cleansing of supplier master data and onboarding of new suppliers (supplier content forms: expand/remove/create forms). * Collaborate in data analysis and report preparation (spend analysis, cost tracking, productivity, business continuity). * Support sourcing activities related to investment projects (CAPEX), assisting in tender preparation and supporting negotiations with suppliers. * Assist in managing billing incidents and procurement-related inquiries. * Collaborate in organizing and energizing team activities: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes and tools.
