Ona Hotels \& Apartments is a company specializing in the management and operation of holiday resorts. Currently, the company manages a portfolio of 42 accommodations, most of which are located in Spain's main tourist destinations. We are experiencing rapid growth and expansion! That is why we are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to join the ONA team in Alcúdia! What would your responsibilities be? · Prepare ingredients, peel, boil, cut, etc. · Assist in preparing and cooking specials according to customer requirements or requests. · Food preparation and handling. · Mix ingredients to make sauces or dressings. · Assist in preparing dishes ready for service. · Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils. · Store food in appropriate areas (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). · Monitor food stock levels. · Manage order control. · Comply with food hygiene and sanitation regulations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THIS POSITION EDUCATION \- Minimum qualification: Intermediate-level degree in Hospitality and Tourism EXPERIENCE \- Minimum 1 year of experience \- LANGUAGE SKILLS / OTHER KNOWLEDGE \- Native Spanish speaker / Additional languages valued. Skills: \- Versatility \- Ability to work as part of a team. \- Organization. \- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
