Job Summary: We are seeking a junior engineer or recent graduate to configure, program, and customize traffic management solutions, and provide pre-sales and tendering support. At Kapsch, we are seeking a junior engineer or recent graduate, preferably with prior knowledge and/or experience in software development and SCADA programming. Responsibilities: * Configure, program, and customize Kapsch's traffic management solution, including HMI modifications, database modifications, testing, and commissioning of implemented changes. * Additionally, provide sales support, prepare estimates for proposed work, and perform solution design during pre-sales and tendering phases. Requirements: * University degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, industrial engineering, or a related field * Basic technical knowledge of relational databases, networks and communication protocols, scripting, and operating systems * Advanced level of spoken and written English * Intermediate level of spoken and written Spanish * Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international) Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of programming and configuration of systems, preferably SCADAs (WinCC / ClearSCADA / Wonderware, etc.) * Experience in user interface design * Familiarity with virtualized environments Our Offer: * Permanent contract * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours * 30 working days of vacation * Hybrid working model * Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, or Seville, depending on candidate preference.
