You will play a key role in designing and evolving complex solutions, leading technical decisions and contributing to building modern, scalable, and resilient architectures. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, promoting engineering best practices, software quality, and continuous improvement, while acting as the team’s technical reference. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** Translate business requirements into technical designs. * Design, develop, and evolve highly complex solutions with technical autonomy. * Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable, and scalable technical designs. * Lead key technical decisions and ensure their correct implementation. * Promote engineering standards, development best practices, and software quality. * Coordinate critical system integrations and manage associated technical risks. * Design scalable, resilient, and performance-oriented architectures. * Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards. * Act as the team’s technical reference and support the development of other professionals. * Participate in the technological evolution of products and platforms, promoting continuous improvement. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining and implementing technical solutions. * Bring solid software development experience using Java. * Work with development frameworks and tools such as Eclipse or equivalent environments. * Use Atlassian ecosystem tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or similar. * Apply advanced SQL knowledge and data modeling skills. * Design and implement microservices based on hexagonal architecture. * Work with Kubernetes in containerized environments. * Manage relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, or Couchbase. * Design solutions oriented toward scalability, resilience, performance, and security. * Lead development standards and technical decision-making. * Transform business needs into efficient and sustainable technical solutions. * Bring experience as a technical reference or Tech Lead in development teams. * Understand distributed architectures and high-availability systems. * Participate in cloud environments and technological modernization initiatives. * Work with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools. * Promote engineering best practices and technical mentoring. **We offer a variety of social benefits that contribute to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply — your experience could be extremely valuable to us.
