Advanced integration of Salesforce with AI and enterprise systems Fullstack Developer (Salesforce) WayOps is looking for a Fullstack Developer (Salesforce) who wishes to continue growing professionally by taking ownership of evolving a complex enterprise architecture within the pharmaceutical sector—built on a solid technical foundation in the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC), robust integrations, and agent-based automation powered by Python, capable of connecting the platform with cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence models. PROJECT & TEAM You will join a strategic corporate application development initiative for one of our key international clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The project focuses on transforming and evolving the Salesforce platform to serve as the digital core for commercial, medical, and customer engagement processes—actively integrating it with core enterprise systems and advanced Artificial Intelligence environments. This is not an exclusively managerial role, but rather a hands-on technical leadership and coordination position. You will integrate into a multidisciplinary IT and Transformation team, acting as the technical reference for the Salesforce platform across business units, IT, and external implementation partners. Work dynamics emphasize cross-functional collaboration, code reviews, clear integration contract design, and adherence to software engineering best practices. Your role will be pivotal in industrializing the platform’s evolution, ensuring technological alignment through the definition of development standards and governance guidelines. You will provide the integration architecture vision—connecting Salesforce with the corporate agent ecosystem and AI models using advanced protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) architectures. FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES On a day-to-day basis, you will serve as the reference for Salesforce development, advanced administration, and architecture—actively participating in tasks such as: * Technical leadership in defining the Salesforce platform roadmap and overseeing release governance * Advanced hands-on platform administration: security model control, profiles, permissions, and object optimization * Development of complex enhancements in Apex (classes, triggers, batches), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced automations using Flows * Design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (ERP, Data Lakes, medical platforms) via REST/SOAP APIs * Integration of Salesforce with agent platforms and AI models using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A architectures * Conducting code reviews, mentoring internal development staff, and providing technical oversight of implementation partners * Ensuring platform technical health: monitoring limits, API consumption, debug logs, and executing tests with high coverage (≥ 85%) REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE To be considered, we seek a proven track record in Salesforce ecosystems—combining demonstrable experience in both development and advanced administration, along with the ability to technically lead cognitive integrations. Essential skills and knowledge include: * More than 6 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, including at least 3 years in a senior technical role (combined admin + developer responsibilities) * Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and the Salesforce security model * Practical experience and advanced knowledge of Python oriented toward agent-based development and system connectivity * Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems * Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions or similar) * At least two of the following active official certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II * Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) **Additionally, the following will be highly valued:** * Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or architecture certifications (Application/System Architect, Sharing and Visibility, Integration Designer) * Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein, and generative AI use cases on Salesforce * Experience implementing or consuming MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) architectures for agent orchestration * Knowledge of Data Cloud (CDP) and unified data models * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors * Proficiency with iPaaS integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or similar) * Experience working on multi-org or multinational projects under agile methodologies CONTRACT & LOCATION Collaboration will be via direct employment under an indefinite full-time contract, within a long-term strategic project designed to deliver stability, continuity, and continuous professional development. The position is full-time (40 hours/week). The project operates primarily remotely, requiring only minimal hybrid onsite presence—just one day per month at the client’s offices in Madrid—for in-person alignment and technical platform design sessions.
