Prerequisites for SDI \& PADI Divemaster Employment Diving related Credentials To join Dressel Divers family, it is essential to hold a valid certification as an SDI or PADI Divemaster, or an equivalent credential from another recognized dive federation. It is important to note that your certification must be up to date because inactive membership prohibits professional functions. While prior experience is valued, it is not mandatory. We are fully committed to supporting new Dive guides in their journey toward professional development and long\-term success. Our team is well\-prepared to assist you in establishing a fulfilling career. Non\-diving Credentials Furthermore, you need to be an enthusiastic, hardworking, safety oriented and service minded person with a good flair for promoting diving and people skills. Fluency in English is required, the official language of Dressel Divers. If you speak one or more of the following; Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian or Dutch, that would be much appreciated.
