#### **Profile** At TBWA\-DDB Barcelona, we are seeking a **Digital Project Manager (Mid\-Senior)** to join a multidisciplinary team managing the digital ecosystem of one of the leading brands in the automotive sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for one of the digital ecosystem’s projects, working closely with the client and the team to coordinate its evolution, define priorities, and ensure initiatives are executed with quality and on schedule. We seek a candidate with experience managing digital projects, accustomed to coordinating professionals from diverse disciplines, and eager to assume increasing responsibility within the project. **You are the person we are looking for if...** * You have at least **3 years of experience** managing digital projects, ideally within an agency or digital consultancy. * You have worked with multidisciplinary teams comprising **UX, development, data, content, creativity, and business** professionals, and know how to coordinate their efforts to advance projects. * You understand the full lifecycle of a digital project: definition, planning, development, QA, launch, and follow-up. * You can translate business needs into clear work plans and coordinate their execution with technical teams without needing to be a developer. * You feel comfortable working in environments where strategy, creativity, and technology coexist. * You enjoy organizing projects, setting priorities, and ensuring things happen. * You like to engage deeply in projects, propose improvements, and find solutions when new challenges arise. * You are organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. * You have experience using collaborative and project management tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Figma**, or similar. * You can communicate fluently in **English**, both in meetings and in documentation and coordination with international teams. **What you’ll do daily...** * You will serve as the primary point of contact for one of the brand’s digital ecosystem projects. * You will coordinate project planning, tracking, and evolution together with the client and the team. * You will collaborate with UX, development, data, content, and creativity professionals to ensure all initiatives progress in alignment. * You will gather business requirements, draft briefs, and define necessary specifications to launch projects. * You will help prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and track planning and project milestones. * You will monitor development progress, coordinate validations, and ensure deliverable quality prior to each launch. * You will participate in meetings with the client, Headquarters, and other international partners. * You will contribute to defining new initiatives and propose improvements to help evolve the project. * You will present proposals, progress updates, and results to the client, facilitating decision-making and project tracking. * You will contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and working methods. **What we especially value** * Prior experience managing digitally complex ecosystems. * Knowledge of the automotive sector or major international brands. * Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Curiosity about user experience, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
