Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will play a key role in creating incredible experiences for our guests. * Support food pre\-preparation and dish preparation according to each restaurant’s menu. * Collaborate on ordering and storage of raw materials and kitchen supplies. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues promptly. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu and menu card planning. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of ingredients. * Contribute ideas and techniques that foster a creative and continuously evolving kitchen environment—where we relentlessly strive to serve the best food in the city. Requirements **What We Expect From You** * Prior experience working as part of a kitchen team of similar scale. * A passion for food is a given; a love for our specific flavors is a definite advantage. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A positive, proactive, energetic, dynamic, and empathetic attitude—with strong teamwork skills and a passion for service. * English proficiency is desirable. * You learn quickly and adapt to SLS’s unique culture. * You are humble and open to new ideas.
