The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times.
**We offer:**
* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
* **Working hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on long weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), and short weeks (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).**
* **Salary (approx. €1,400 gross per month, paid in 14 installments annually) + Sunday premium.**
* Duration: Staff replacement, with potential for permanent position.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices.
* Prepare standard menus and adapted diets.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
* Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping.
* Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils.
* Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures.
