If you have experience coordinating industrial assembly works, enjoy leading on-site teams, and seek a stable project where each installation presents a new challenge, we would like to meet you. **Location:** Base will be in Spain, with availability to travel regularly both nationally and internationally. ###### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Annual gross salary between **€35,000 and €45,000**, depending on your experience and expertise. * Per diems for all business trips. * Compensation for weekends spent traveling. * Company vehicle during business trips, laptop, and mobile phone. * Participation in large-scale industrial projects across multiple countries. * Opportunity to join a solid company with international presence and real prospects for professional development. ###### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site assembly work, ensuring that each project is executed according to established quality, safety, schedule, and cost standards. ###### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise execution of on-site assembly work. * Coordinate subcontracted assembly companies, ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Monitor quality of completed work and verify compliance with technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during work execution. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during assembly. * Coordinate requirements for materials, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. * Maintain smooth communication with project management, clients, and technical teams. * Prepare periodic progress reports and participate in follow-up meetings. * Supervise proper completion of work until handover of the installation. ###### **What do we expect from you?** * Technical education (Engineering, Technical Architecture, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent experience). * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising industrial assembly or metal structure projects. * Experience in industrial racking systems, logistics automation, metal structures, or industrial construction will be especially valued. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher for on-site communication.
