The mission of this newly opened position is to deliver scientific/technical support for systems and solutions installed at customer sites, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness across all assigned activities: system configuration, customer training, user maintenance, issue resolution, updates, and modifications. Furthermore, the mission is to ensure that the service delivered creates a competitive advantage—becoming the key differentiator in Roche’s value proposition—and thereby achieving optimal levels of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for installation and configuration of analyzers in the customer’s laboratory, in accordance with company requirements and standards. * Responsible for customer/user training on installed analyzers, in accordance with company requirements and standards. * Engages with customers according to previously assigned responsibilities (primarily laboratory managers, department heads, assistants, and laboratory technicians). * Establishes and maintains an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with the customer—reporting reagent and quality control updates and implementing new protocols as needed. * Provides scientific and technical information to customers. * Coordinates with maintenance technicians to ensure installations are completed within the agreed timeframe. * Ensures optimal use of instruments and installed solutions in the customer’s laboratory. * Manages compliance with corporate and divisional standards for installations, customer training and education, quality, application development, and product follow-up for Roche. * Implements annual action plans defined by Roche Diagnostics and Customer Support leadership for installation-related activities. * Plans and coordinates installations, product demonstrations, and evaluations with the sales network. * Supports the Sales and Marketing team to optimize commercial operations by participating in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases of commercial opportunities—maintaining the full customer lifecycle. * Optimizes and improves the installation, configuration, and user training processes—ensuring sustainability and customer satisfaction—by leveraging the digital tools provided by the company. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in one of the following Health Sciences disciplines: * Biomedical Laboratory Science * Biomedicine * Biotechnology * Preferred specialization in molecular biology and/or anatomical pathology * Prior experience interacting with customers is desirable; experience working in laboratories is ideal * Fluent Spanish and English * Valid EU driving license (Class B1) * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required * Flexible working hours * Residence in Alicante or the Region of Murcia What We Expect and What We Offer We expect you to be curious, autonomous, and capable of independent decision-making, with strong communication skills, a passion for teamwork, effective stakeholder management, and a service-oriented mindset.
