In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the handling of returned products, ensuring inventory accuracy. What will be your **main responsibilities** as an After-sales and Returns Operator? * **Product management:** Return products in good condition to their original warehouse location and report non-conforming product issues to the Quality team. * **Inventory:** Ensure the inventory management system is updated in real time after the return process. * **Returns:** Manage return processing according to established standards. * **Document management:** Support preparation of documentation related to returns and logistics, ensuring all records are complete and accurate. * **Requirements:** --------------- * **Experience**: Prior experience of at least 6 months in similar roles is valued. * **Qualifications**: Forklift operator license. **Benefits** of working with us.
