If you’re passionate about numbers, but especially about what lies behind them—decisions, people, and projects—this is your place. **Main responsibilities** * Direct management of an assigned client portfolio, participating in meetings and delivering close, personalized service. * Recording and monitoring economic transactions according to the Andorran Accounting Plan and current regulations. * Preparation of periodic closings, including balance sheets, income statements, annual accounts, and customized reports. * Supervision and reconciliation of bank, customer, supplier, and cash accounts. * Preparation and filing of tax returns (IGI, IS, IRPF, IRNR). * Control of assets, amortizations, provisions, and accounting adjustments. * Interpretation of financial and accounting information to support business decision-making. * Coordination with tax, labor, and legal teams to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach to each project. * Preparation and review of documentation for audits or internal review processes. * Issuance and tracking of invoices, control of receivables and payables, and treasury management. * Collaboration in improving accounting, administrative, and tax processes. **What we offer** * A stable and expanding project, with a close-knit structure and real growth opportunities. * Possibility to join at different levels (junior, senior, or manager). * Continuous training and access to technical and digital development programs. * A flexible, human, and collaborative environment where your ideas matter and trust is key. * Competitive conditions based on experience and value. * Offices located in central Andorra, featuring a young, multidisciplinary atmosphere focused on results. * University or technical degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Finance, Economics, ADE, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of the Andorran Accounting Plan and local tax regulations. * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in accounting or advisory roles—both junior profiles with potential and senior/consolidated experts are welcome. * Ability to manage multiple projects or clients while maintaining accuracy and consistency. * Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a client-oriented mindset and service vocation. * Proficiency in digital tools (Office 365, advanced Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems). * Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative and demanding environment. * Valued: experience in audit or consolidation processes, knowledge of Andorran taxation, budgetary or financial control reports, and language skills (French or English).
