Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Multimedia Engineering Technician** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain efficient technological solutions based on .NET, JavaScript, and SQL databases. * Manage and support network infrastructure and virtualized environments—both on-premise and in the cloud. * Configure and administer network connectivity: routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, and DHCP. * Participate in the deployment and maintenance of network services and cloud services. * Perform diagnostic and incident-resolution tasks using troubleshooting tools. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments, contributing a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience developing with .NET (C\#), JavaScript, and SQL databases. * General knowledge of networking and Cloud Networking. * Fundamental networking knowledge: OSI and TCP/IP models, IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6\), subnetting, routing, and switching. * Connectivity management: routers, switches, VLANs, NAT, and DHCP. * Knowledge of essential protocols: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SSH, and SMTP. * Basic network security knowledge: firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and best practices. * Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting using tools such as ping, traceroute, netstat, or Wireshark. * B2 level of English is mandatory. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Python, Bash, and MongoDB. * Experience with network services: web servers, file servers, databases, and cloud services. * Proactive, dynamic profile oriented toward problem-solving. * Ability to work collaboratively in agile and team-based environments. * Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing environments. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Personalized career path and continuous training * Participation in stable projects with a strong technical component * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to get to know us at NEORIS on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-IR1
