From our **Technical Department**, we are looking for a **Technological Projects Manager** to join our workplace in **Santomera (Murcia).** **If you're seeking a stable, challenging project** in constant **technological evolution**, within a company that values its people, **diversity**, and **professional growth**, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Lead technological projects from the design phase through to implementation. * Review and validate developments, with knowledge of programming languages such as C and Python. * Perform thorough firmware testing to detect and correct errors, ensuring system stability and reliability. * Ensure integration of software, hardware, and systems. * Supervise tests, validations, and deliverables. * Identify technical and management risks, proposing mitigation plans. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum of three years of experience performing the described duties. * **Knowledge of programming languages** (e.g., C, Python, JavaScript) and understanding of software architectures and embedded systems. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PMI, PRINCE2\). * Experience with version control systems (Git). * Experience with command-line tools (Bash or Powershell). * Experience in IoT and Industry 4\.0\ will be valued. * Leadership and communication skills. * English level B2 or higher.
